Shipping  Delivery Schedule


Our very efficient delivery time-table is as follows:

  • Orders placed on a Weekday before 2.30pm(NZ time) are will be dispatched the same day. 

  • Orders placed on the Weekend or Public Holiday will be dispatched before 10.00am(NZ time) on the first available working day.

 

NEW ZEALAND NORTH & SOUTH ISLANDS:  

We now offer 'Free Shipping' to the North & South Islands of New Zealand 


 COURIER POST or FASTWAYS couriers are used to deliver within New Zealand, however they will not deliver to PO Boxes, best to use an address where someone can receive the parcel during working hours.

AUSTRALIA, USA, UNITED KINGDOM, EURO ZONE, ASIAAllow 5 to 28 days depending on shipping method chosen.

We now offer a flate rate of shipping for International customers

NZ$8.00 to Australia.  NZ$10.00 to USA, EU, UK, Asia.  This is the maximum you will pay for shipments sent out via NZ Post (airmail, but not tracked)

International customers can also choose a Tracking Service. The charges for the tracking/'signed for' service are displayed at the checkout. The amount charged depends on the weight of  item/s and the destination country.

 NZ Post or International Courier Post are used to deliver goods (depending on option chosen at check-out)  to the rest of the world.

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it can be returned to us in the original condition(see below) within 14 days of the receipt and we will
  • Exchange it for another item/s.
  • Issue an exchange certificate for the amount of the item for you to use immediately or at a later date (up to 1 year)
  • Issue a cash refund using the original payment method. A 10% re-stocking fee applies to this method.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping costs are not re-fundable.

 Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.  Vintage Heaven complies fully with the Consumer Guarantee Act (New Zealand)

Be mindful that the majority of returns occur because of the customer choosing garments that are too small.  Please use the sizing charts and a tape measure before choosing.

Earrings and Sunglasses are not returnable.


Please inspect your purchase as soon as it is delivered.

All clothing must be returned in the same condition as sent- unworn with the original tags intact. Anything returned with stains,soil marks, missing or altered tags, broken zippers, tears, smoke, body or perfume odours, pet hair, make-up, snags or pulls will be returned to the purchaser.

We do not sell dresses or skirts with jammed zippers or/and broken teeth. They come from a factory with zippers intact. We will not accept returns for a broken zipper. If you break a zipper trying on a dress you will have to have it repaired.
